This is a lovely entry - with plenty of vivid imagery that inspires the imagination and conjures memories of fall. I appreciate the idea of the leaf as a butterfly both in its coloration and its movement.

This is a lovely entry for the etheree contest. This time of year is bittersweet for me. It heralds the end of summer and the beginning of the fall and winter seasons. The leaves are slowly but surely falling off the branches. You've captured their beauty really well with this lyrical piece.
