Aw, another lovely one. I think "mama" needs a capital as Nadia is referring to herself by a role-name, but apart from that, it's a wonderful homonym-based story...and could easily be true.

This is very nice indeed. I love a good play on words and this one works a treat. i have this sort of thing all the time given I haver a Northern Irish accent and my daughter has an English one so the words are hilarious to her! lol

This is a cute and adorable story. I love the obvious play on words, "flour" and "flower" and how they can be misinterpreted, especially by a child. The story is well written, with a sure-footed ending. I felt the slight sarcasm in the author's notes detracted a little from the innocence of the clever story. I enjoyed reading this brightly flavored short story. Kids can indeed be exasperating, but this tale reminds us of how literal and innocent they are too. A great read and a wonderful entry for this prompt.
