I've read several of the poems for this contest. This is the first that I've run across that has every word start with 't'. Well done.

The message is thought-provoking. It does take a lot of trust when one has been hurt.

Best of luck in the contest.

Thank you for the fantastic review, WJD. Yes, I thought for sure more people would do the same but I guess they didn't want to try that hard. Lol. I dearly appreciate the gracious stars and good luck wishes, Debi. I'm glad you liked my little alliteration piece. Have a great night.

Thank you, Yvette. Yeah, I though for sure more folks would go the all T route but I guess they didn't want to even try. Lol. I always appreciate the gracious stars and great reviews, Y. I'm glad you liked my little offering. Thank you again. Have a wonderful night.

So how many "T" words did you have to list out and then create this? Nicely crafted, Mr. Skulls. A strong message presented beautifully. I like how you took this challenge to the max. Well done, Sir. I hope you kick it in the booth. Lynda

Wow, thank you so much for the sixer, Lynda. Lol, yes, I had a few words sprawled out in front of me. It wasn't an easy task to pull off, that's for sure. I'm glad you liked my little offering, Lynda. Thank you again.

I really love the artwork you've used, Ron. Is this one of your own? It's always nice to finally reach the apex because then you get to see all the rest of mountain tops.

Superb entry into this contest written to specs with lots of T words.

Many thanks for participating in FanStory's 20th Anniversary. Maybe we'll be around for another 20?

Great luck to you in the voting booth. :)

Gloria

Thank you for the great review and for throwing the contest, Gloria. Had to work my brain for this one. Lol. The picture is two different pics that I played with in my art program. I'm glad you liked my little offering. Have a great day. Cheers to another 20 years.

Great photo/illustration to help support this T alliterative poem. And how amazing you used a T in nearly every syllable. I heard quite a bit of 's' consonance with Tears, trace, trials, tomorrow's, times. It sounds like this is a philosophical poem, too, or a feeling one, where trust after tears will help transcend or survive trials.

Thank you for the fantastic review, Crystie. Yep, it's philosophical. I really appreciate the gracious stars. I created the picture out of two different pictures I found on Google. I'm glad you liked this little piece. Have a great day.

This is wonderful. The meaning, and the alliteration of all the "'T" words, are both very well done. I can't imagine writing something so meaningful and clever, in the constraints of a contest, asking for a mere 20 syllables with the letter "T" at all. Well written and very timely.
Take care, Jesse

-Good image and
presentation, Ron.
-The syllable count is
good, and you definitely
included objects and
words that begin with 't'.
-I also like the message
in your poem about trust
for "tomorrow's trying times."
-Good luck in the contest.

This is alliteration run riot. Every word's a T starter. One point though, the plural subject 'tears' requires a plural verb 'take' rather than the singular form 'takes' that you have here.
