I am so sorry about your mom. I was looking forward to reading more of her work. I have been off the site for 2 years and just got back on a couple days ago.

You should continue doing it not only to honor your late mother but also journaling is extremely helpful.

I lost two loved ones close together.
(my wife and son)
And, it rocked my world to the point I couldn't eat or sleep.
...
I tried everything humanly possible.
From a mental hospital to medications.
From Ppsychiatrist to Therapist but the only thing that really helped was time and journaling.

Bravo Katy!! Your mother knew she could count on you to act on her behalf and get her last book out for her. She's smiling down on you and sending you her love. Your mom spent so much time on her writing, that's a lot of brain power, creating poetry, short stories, novels and her divine penguin songs. I'm so glad you have shown her the respect and followed through with this final book and got it posted on Amazon and let us on Fanstory know about it.
ps. I will be mailing you a letter I wrote to Phyllis but did not get into the book for Phyllis because I had posted it on fanstory before I knew about the book. I was not aloud. So I'll just go the old fashion way and make a copy of it and my letter to you and your dad and mail it. I want you to have it for the collection.

and publish her book. I wish I could adopt you to help me attain
the completion of my book which two psyche professors suggest I write it in 1975. However, as a single parent with seven kids, age four to fourteen, to raise my time was at a premium. Thanks for your dedication and sharing.
