This is beautiful, from the words to the artwork to your perfect choice of background and text colors. You're absolutely right that nothing affirms spring more than flowers blooming, and I love your description of "flower heads nodding in the breeze." Good luck in the contest.

Very much like your combo of verse and artwork. The poetry package is a good idea for this 5-7-5 contest. You also chose a nice Easter-like background color.

A lovely bright spring time 5-7-5 poem and gorgeous artwork combined with it. use something similar in my meditations the bright flower heads, nodding in the breeze in the bright sunlight. This reminds me of it. Good luck in the contest.
