I enjoyed reading you contest entry. Your entry is in great form. The syllable count is correct per line, the art is a good pairing, and your words have a great, and true, message. I agree that we must act responsibly and not say one thing (prayers) and act another way. Thanks for sharing and best wishes. Respectfully, Jan

You have made excellent use of all of your syllables to convey a powerful message about prayer--and ACTIONS that should come with them (when a person is able to act). Actually "prayer" is one syllable--dictionary.com.
We don't say "pray---er."

I love the connection you made with Jesus' tomb and the action we must take for hope to prevail. Sometimes it's time we give to someone who has questions. Sometimes the action is simple to make a difference.
Excellent presentation and message.

I love the message conveyed in this. The Bible declares that faith without works is dead, being left alone. You've summed that scripture up beautifully. I like what you've presented here and enjoyed reading this inspirational and well written work.! Well done!

This is a very nice entry for the 5-7-5 Hope writing prompt. Beautifully presented, it does carry the message of hope, but also the message that there are things we need to do, not just sit and wait. One question - when you say prayer's redemption, do you mean prayer's to be possessive of redemption, or just plural. If you mean prayers, plural, there is no hyphen. Good luc kin the contest.

I think part is this is also listening. Sometimes when we pray the answer isn't handed to us. Or it is and we're too busy to see or hear the answer. You did a great job

Yes, actions do speak louder than words, sometimes. But prayer and action together are a powerful force. Heeding guidelines is the wise way to go and holding on to a faith that we will prevail, is essential.

I like the picture you choose, it looks like Sisif took upon itself to show us how we can deal with the hardships of life - action must compete
with prayer's of redemption.
Thank you for sharing and good luck with the contest.
