Thank you for sharing this heartfelt, reverential, faith filled, inspirational, evangelical piece. You are correct God does indeed inhabit the praises of His people. Thank you for reminding us all of the appropriate stance to take at such a time as this!

This is a powerful and special write. You do a wonderful job of sharing your faith and the emotion of your faith. Excellent word choices. Natural flow thanks to the syllable counting. Great job.

Truly God inhabits the praises of His people. The poem ia beautiful. Through trials and challenges, we ought to praise God because He will arise and fight for us. Thanks for this

Perfect and beautiful in every way! I don't know why I hesitated to start reading your poem. I was ready for sappy, and I don't like sappy. But this was pure praise from a heart surrendered to God. And it blessed me. I love your author notes, too.
I used to find something to thank God for every night before I went to bed. One night I couldn't think of anything good to thank Him for, so (out loud where my unsaved husband could hear) I sighed and thanked God for a difficult day. My husband didn't understand, but after I said it, I thought it was a witness to him.
Thank you for your beautiful poem and sentiments of lovely praise for your Lord.

Blessings Patricia, you have the same name as my sister and she too has an unsaved husband. I've been saved no 27 years and he was the first person I ever witnessed to. My sister and I are still praising our Lord and believing for his salvation. I will add you to my prayers and join in prayer for your husband as well. God bless you and keep you.
