A prayer like this one that specifies the reasons for praying is so much
better, more meaningful, than the lazy "Lord, bless everybody" type of prayer! Your prayer is detailed, sincere, and moving. In the responders stanza "gives" should be "give."

Please know that when you pray, God is not concern about elaborate, and prayers with big words. If your prayers are sincere and comes from your heart, He hears them. Talk to God like you talk to me. Be yourself, be who you are, you are a child of the King, made in His image and you "can so all things through Christ who strengthens you." Be strong in the Lord and in His Might and allow God to use you.

In Exodus 15:26, the scripture speaks of our healing God. " And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee." Portia, I concur with your photo summary, "the God who created this body has the power to heal it. Excellent poem. I pray Roderic is doing much better.

Roderic is still recovering as I continue to speak healing and life over him in the precious name of Jesus.
