As you've hinted we think we may be doing the right thing by our children, most of our friends at church sent their kids to Christian schools, but so do non Christians and some Christians aren't what they seem, so we sent our kids to a state school to tell the difference. As wife was teaching and a senior mistress at high school, . I'm glad that we did, they turned out fine. Well done Beth, a fascinating story, blessings Roy

Thank you for the review and comments. Yes, we do the best we can but we can't always know how things will turn out. I attended public school and my children have attended both public and Christian school and I can't say which was best. There were problem had both.

That is so curious. It makes me wonder what in the world little Don said to Mamie to hurt her so terribly! I have some concerns about the childcare situation as a lot can go wrong with so many little ones in one place. I remember I had to give up on a nursery because my daughter got so sick she was there only half the time.

Yes, no matter what we do, children need to be protected and sometimes we make the wrong decisions. I don't know how a child as young as my son could have said something that upset my maid so much. Maybe she was like me and needed a break for the three of them. They were a handful. Thank you so much for the reveiw and comments.
