Who is perfect would throw the first stone, so we all live on imperfections. Who can, who least but all of us must realize that the time will come when we must necessarily deal with someone or something that will hinder us forever. Beautiful and well described along with its imperfect but consistent verses as required by the poetic contest. ..Wishes!

This is so true: "Life gets better as we grow And we choose which way to go."
It is our trials & tribulations, be they little or big, that gives our wisdom. We learn that there is no such thing as perfect. I'd rather look for goodness than perfection. I'd certainly have more success.

I like the feeling of this piece. Knowing you are not perfect, that no one is, but being okay with it. So many people strive for perfection and when they don't achieve it all is lost.

Hello my friend

Great entry for the I Am Not Perfect contest. It's good to know yourself and accept all of you. Your shortcoming turned out to be a gift. Well done.

Perfection is over rated. I think laughing is key and to be able to laugh at ourselves very important. Of course, good choices is key, but if we make mistakes, we move on.

We all have flaws that we either work around, correct, or are still working on. Sometimes our flaws become our strength when we are not afraid of them. Good luck in the contest!

The style of your poem is very creative and appealing. The message is clearly conveyed. As people face their imperfections, God will help them
(us) deal with them.

A very well-written poem about humans imperfections that make us valuable to God, He doesn't need perfect people because they who think they are perfect usually think they don't need God.

Unfortunately some of us understand this later in life.

None of us are perfect and we all have our flaws but if we can respect others and know that they are not perfect either and have forgiveness in our hearts, the world would be a better place, a poignant write, love Dolly x

I enjoyed the rhyming of this. It has a wonderful message. The best thing we can leave behind is laughter and smiles. Fabulous! Thank you for sharing it.
