This is an excellent poem, written perfectly for this contest, the finch is one of God's great creations, it has a sweet song, (I think) one of God's heralds, we'll done, good look, blessings Roy

I just read To Kill A Mockingbird and the dad told them they could kill all the finches they wanted, which I thought sucked.Thanks for taking the time to look at this poem. I appreciate you reading and reviewing my work.

Your rhyming of words is excellent and adds to the whimsy of your poem. I have a fondness for finches, I watch them in our backyard. You did well with the 5-7-5 form and best wishes for the contest.

A very well-written 5-7-5 poem about the little Finch that is one of your favourite birds to have around in the garden and watching them is a delight.
NS just a little bit of advice, you should either make the font smaller in size or make a double space between lines.
