Such a wonderful offering for a special 'Shorty' dad... :) You have some great rhymes, but it is difficult to find a rhythm or a flow through the lines/quatrains. Perhaps try finding similar 'syllables' within the quatrains to add in this issue... :) :) Thanx for sharing and best of luck! ;)

Hello and Thank you for your Continued Support and Encouragement. I struggled to truncate the complete story for this poem and decide I'd have to do a rewrite at a later date.
In a chapter of a book to include this poem offering.
