Congrats on your award for this lovely poem--I missed the release--glad I caught up. Lovely imagery--castles in life's sand...shifting sands. Cheers. LIZ

This was a very emotional poem to read. Life does have very difficult moments that we have to endure and your poem expresses those feelings in a powerful way.
Thanks for sharing your heart felt feelings in this writing.
Well done and thoughtful.

It is nice to put into words what is sometimes in your heart for a love one that meant so much to you and ask yourself, why. As you write each word you relive the time spent with this person.
I hope a lot of people will read this and good luck.

A beautiful tribute to your wife who was taken from you long ago but your love shines through the years with grace and joy of the time you did have together.
Very nicely done.
Blessings

Another terrific poem emerging from your past, and this time, tragic, life story, Jay!
You certainly haven't lost your touch!
Best wishes for many more years in good health!

A beautifully written love poem for your lost love. The AABB rhyming is perfect and the pace is just like a rocking horse. I loved it, pity we can't leave planet earth together but you will meet again. Well done K xx.

This is a lovely tribute to your wife and it is written so well it brings a tear to a reader's eye. I don't have six stars left or I would give it to you. This is marvelous.

Jay, I'm so very sorry for your loss. I understand that your wife died many years ago, but you still miss her sorely. YYou've written a lovely poem about your love and memory for what once was. Ulla:))
