This is an excellent story that makes great use of the contest challenge. I think this might be a winning solution for couples who have drifted apart. They forget they their vows and spend less and less quality time just being their for each other. Nicely written.

This is an excellent recital of how to keep an marriage alive and ensuring that it endures. I think it is one of the most sensible and logical approaches that I have ever heard of. The description is outstanding, as is the format of the story.

This is a very interesting take on the contest sentence. A well thought out piece that has a touch of mystery that keeps the reader curious. The twenty minutes is a good remedy for marital strife, which could really work. Too enough it's said they we are so wrapped up in our techno-wizadrery we are losing touch with our humanity. A realy good entry for the contest, and good luck.

Well, the "Give me Twenty" turned out the best marriage-saving advice after all. I must say, I didn't expect it, I saw Jason first as a rather dominating husband and Mary as a suffering wife. But first impressions are not always the correct ones. By giving each other 20 really dedicated minutes to each other, they saved their marriage. The Reverend used this splendid example to wisely suggest the same method to other couples.
Nice story!
I noticed two little flaws
1. Her eyebrows narrowed (eyelids is so unlikely!)
2. ...calmly looked at (that) the now thirty-four...

What a wonderful story, and no wonder the priest got a bit over worked. I loved it and it's very well told. It saved their marriage and that was the award to all them. All best. Ulla:)))

That was such a good story, the ending had me laughing. What a wonderful plan, that would probably save lots of marriages in real life too. This has got to be the winner, Jason was really clever coming up with that. I really enjoyed reading this. Well done and good luck! :)) Sandra xx
