Wow. This is a powerful story. I found it to be a little disturbing but I suppose that is a good thing. You share a deep story with only 250 words which is impressive. And it didn't feel rushed as flash fiction often does. Well done!

God hears ALL our prayers. Your story is well written and i enjoyed reading it, for its pathos, romantic desperation, and touch of the spiritual - written with a light touch for a heavy topic of suicide, saved by divine intervention.
