Congratulations June! Such a beautiful little poem and I'm so glad it received the recognition it deserved. I like the idea of the waves being soothed by a kiss of morning sun. Such a sweet thought that we can also apply to our own tumultuous hearts, gently soothed by a morning kiss. I loved this poem very much.

This is a great mix of words and artwork. It also has good use of metaphor and personification. The last line gives hope of a new and better life.

Ah, you have a similar theme as my 5-7-5 with a "kiss at sunrise." The poem is soothing and helps to start the new day right changing the "tumultuous waves" to a happy new path. Congratulations on the win!
