This is brilliant. I have to vote for this. I will be surprised if anyone else creates such a clever masterpiece. If you had plopped Republican in there in a strategic spot I wouldn't have minded. Good job. Just a funny as we are on the subject of c sounds. We has a substitute in the 8th grade that when anyone asked to go to the "basement" (it was in the basement) She'd say, " Quickly, quietly and carefully." I think some asked just to hear her say it. We always wondered if she meant that was how we were supposed to urinate. Thought you'd enjoy that.

    Thanks for your support.
Peeing 'quickly, quietly and carefully' is very good advice, haha.

That is a lot of "c." This virus has cost us so much and the one thing that stands out above all else is the human connection. We no longer get together and celebrate or visit the way we did because of fear.

Thanks for reviewing. The virus has changed our social lives drastically - we are in transition to a new way of living. It seems this is going to hang around for a long time.

Wow! Yes, you really outdid yourself with the 'c' sounds.

The picture you selected was very appropriate for your theme.

Best of luck in the Alliteration poem writing prompt contest.

Hello anonymous

A fine entry for the Alliteration poem writing prompt contest. It must be hard to make the sentences make sense with all words starting with the same letter. You did a great job. Good luck in the contest.

Yes it was hard to keep going with the same letter trying to make sense. Other people have done terrific jobs in this contest.

A lot of C words that make sense and impart some great advice. During covid we all need to take care. This will do well in the contest is my prediction. Best of luck.

I believe I may have found a winner here! I was going through all the entries and saw your poem. You not only made the reading exciting, but your poem actually makes sense when you read it. Good luck in the contest!

A very well-written alliteration poem with the letter 'c' and to the subject about the coronavirus contamination that happens mostly in big groups of people .

Wow. I think you sure took this and ran with it. I think maybe a little too much alliteration. But this was fun and enjoyable and I like how you took a serious current event and adding a little spin of fun on it. Great job.

Thanks for your review. It sure is an overdose of alliteration, but that is what the contest asked for.

Wow! Very timely piece... The alliteration approached & the choices of words are so relevant & conveyed a strong message regarding COVID.

Wishing you all the best!

Thanks for your review. I think everyone is tired of hearing warnings about Covid, but we must keep on guard with habits to avoid infection.

You might have hit a record, with your 60 C-words! And they are all relative to the issue most in everybody's mind today. Really a great achievement this Covid-19 warning pamphlet.
Well done!!

Thanks for your response to my poem. I think everyone is feeling rather jaded about the covid thingy so I probably should have picked a more uplifting topic.

Why? This is good, and there are things we have to repeat and repeat.
reply by the author on 08-Sep-2020
It's a pity some urgent things need to be repeated and repeated. Stupid people stop listening, if they ever listened in the first place.

They risk their lives with this stubborn behavior. But warn them is all we can do. Yes, it is a pity. They will have to learn it the hard way.
