They are very regal. They have a nest where I used to work. Many staff and patients could look at them no more than 50 ft. from their window. I got to see on quite far up when I was driving toward work and I got to see one about 200 feet away above a pond nearer their nest. I called them out so I cou;ldsee them closer but I guess they thought from a distance was close enough. I was honored to have been able to see them at all.

I admire eagles' freedom to soar. I was aiming to portray being ruler of the sky, so you have caught my intention perfectly.

I love watching eagles too... actually, we don't have eagles in New Zealand, but we do have very large hawks.
