You spoke volumes in these four lines. Sometimes long distance relationships do work, and love "across the miles" is particularly romantic. I once had a poem with the same title which I composed for my friend who was dating a poet from another country.
You used a good creative imagery, I liked your visuals, the artistic presentation and that enchanting artwork.
Best of luck in the contest, it should do very well.

Nice love poem! It fulfills the condition imposed about word quantity, Good to consider love as an entity "at work"; it is like being "on duty". Picture also helps to address the message and the red at the back resembles "passion" as in red roses. Good job!

You only needed 14 words to say something I just experienced today. Love really can stretch large distances. I have a very close, intimate friend living and working in another country, some 3000 km distant from me. Because of the pandemic, it is impossible to travel now to see each other. His chat this morning made me feel so loved, so complete...

Thanks for your review. My wife and I had approx 15,000 km of dating distance to cover before we made it to the alter. A long journey but she was very much worth it.
