A very well-written poem about the object you off the most and hold some precious memories that go with the golden wedding ring that tells the history of years ago and the future to come.

Very nice poem. I followed the journey of the ring and I felt the emotions that went with it. I see how dear this ring is to you. It has traveled far and the journey isn't over. Veenbee

This is an excellent poem. I see nothing wrong at all. It made me think of the one on my finger. Now that my wife is gone to her rewards the ring is still there.
Thanks for sharing your talnet.

I love this! It tells a sweet story of love over the years or generations. I thought it was going to be a sad story because of all the black, but it was a bright and beautiful poem! Since it is a contest, I might pick a brighter color for the background, but then again, your words do stand out:)
Great job and good luck in the contest!

That's why it is so sweet. It's real:)
I wore my deceased mom's ring for awhile , a week ago, just because I missed her. My husband didn't mind:)
