Sweet. I like the way you rhymed the poem. The story was well told with a tongue in cheek of love is both bad and good. I especially like the line "Love hunts in the sun, and seduces at night." The ending is especially good with acknowledging you have been captured.

Are we the predator or the prey? A fun poem that fancies some reflection on if we are lucky or cursed to be in love. Great rhyme and rhythm. Some words could be omitted to keep it sharp and succinct, such as 'because'.
Very much enjoyed reading and asking myself, "Have I too been caught?"

I love the warning. It tells the reader to enjoy the wonders of love but beware there is another side, a darker side, that is not always spoke up. Everthing has good and bad.

A bittersweet yet accurate representation on reckless love. Love isn't necessarily devastating, then again neither is fire if you use it properly. I can see how those who have had a bad experience would feel this way.
