A relatively new entry into the universe of writing. Have really engaged in the pen-to-paper as a means to better understand my life journey. I really enjoy the Haiku format. Through these efforts I would like to become more tolerable of myself.

I threw caution to the wind and decided to publish a book of 5-7-5 verse with the title being 5-7-5. It can be found on Amazon. I gravitate to this format because of its singular complexity. So much in so little. Through the encouragement of new found friends on FS, I have ventured into other forms of writing like Flash Fiction and certain styles of poetry. I tend to engage various formats in singular submissions. I have found this experience to be extremely humbling. I have also found that age is no deterrent from being able to offer superlative prose.

Cheers

5-7-5 An Introspection In Seventeen Syllables Moments I Have Lived
I have found it rather amazing that an existence of time can be expressed in such few words and yet provide a specific and definitive explanation.

Great reviews:
Raw with emotion - love and pain, regrets and hope, truth and tragedy. It touched me at points, made me choke up.
