Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
From those who miss you dearly

Happy Heavenly Birthday, Jan

Today it would be your birthday

The galaxy seems out of place

I hope you can hear what I say

You are so missed here in our space



You weren't happy to just be done

With everything you had to do

You were so kind to greet someone

And be right there to help them too



 Astronomy you loved to write

You showed respect for every vet

I hope the moon and stars delight

For something they have not seen yet



Tonight for your first birthday there

We'll watch towards Heaven, where you are

 May God let you do something rare

Abby and you, swing on a star

For those of you who did not know Jan, she would always go the extra mile to help someone learn something new. I learned so much from her generous spirit and miss her dearly, as most people here do. Jan had a cat named Abby, that she loved like it was her child.
Jan loved this song and would totally get the humor
