The Stars Veiled Night

The stars veiled night 

celebrates our kindred souls

with Venus’s fireworks.

~æ~

… faraway …

~æ~

Angels sing our song

as I ask the southern wind,

“to deliver my poem”.

~æ~

… to you  …

~æ~

I yearn for your body

your voice, your laughter, your eyes,

and the taste of your mouth.

~æ~

… I long for your touch …

~æ~

I crave your loving caress 

from my head to my toes.

I want more.
