For Davisr (Rhonda)
A chapter in the book Prayers for Wayne, Rhonda's Husband

Rhonda's Husband Had a Stroke

by Debi Pick Marquette

On Monday, Rhonda's husband Wayne

He had a stroke that's in his brain

The tractor that he had been on

He shut it off and text his son

And thankfully that his son knew

All the right things that he should do

The helicopter soon was there

Flew Wayne to Dallas to get care

There was no time for them to poke

A two hour span to catch the stroke

Immediately doctors got

Procedure started for blood clot

A couple setbacks he's been through

So he'll remain in I C U

And Rhonda's been there day and night

To make sure her husband's alright

Their Family is in great need

For all of them I',m here to plead

To FanStory friends everywhere

Please keep Rhonda and Wayne in prayer

In stanza one, the reference to the tractor is to show how relieved they were that while he was having a stroke, he was able to shut it off without falling off and getting hurt or worse while it was running.

Stanza three is telling that from the time a stroke happens until they get help is crucial. His son was on top of everything and his fast actions maybe saved Waynes life.

Stanza four talks about his set backs and confusion of why he is there.
Also they almost had to put him on life support.

Stanza five obviously is asking for prayers for someone who has been a big part of FS since 2009. So please everyone, I ask that you lift Wayne, Rhonda and the entire family up in prayer, and keep praying until he is well again.
