"A Republic, if you can keep it"- Benjamin Franklin At the close of the Constitutional Convention of 1787

I grew up in Spain, when the Dictator, Francisco Franco was in power. He reigned for 40 years, from 1935 until the day he died in 1975. We didn't have elections or freedom. One of the reasons I left Spain was to live in America, the land of the free. I am an American citizen. Many of us take our freedom and democracy for granted but we need to know that it's very fragile. Now, our country is facing a chance to loose our Democracy. Please vote as if your life depended on it, because it does.
