Beautiful description of their wings

Upon The Wings of Butterflies

by Helvi2

Her wingtips barely touch the air
And yet she flies with ease
Her fragile body like a breath
That flows upon a breeze

Some say she is a wisp of wind
A beautiful delight
A gem of beauty when she flies
A charming airborne sprite

Enchantment rules the atmosphere
When this fair bug takes flight
For In our eyes she is a prize
A treasure for our sight

She is a lovely vision who
Puts on a grand display
A palette dressed with lovely jewels
That flutters on its way

Upon the wings of butterflies
Are gemstones caught adrift
Breathtaking views of stunning hues
A true eye-candy gift
