This is a sweet poem, and your love for children shines through your words. I love your artwork, and it's fun to see how each child has grown in the past seven years. Your rhymes are good, and the meter is steady. Suggestion: Many non-moms feel (that way).... to even the meter a bit. You've done a lovely job keeping your grandchildren together and making them a part of your life through the years. Blessings. Carol

Dearest Carol, thanks so much for all your kindness regarding my children's poem. I love your suggestion, but the problem with it is that there are not enough syllables. I wonder if you didn't read the stress sound on the second syllable of my line. I do have to be careful to keep the same syllable count in it. But thanks so much for your suggestion.

Dearest Lorraine, thanks so much for all your kindness regarding my children's poem. I am still in second heaven over your poem you did for me for prayers. Because of you, I feel the prayers and I am seeing my doctor tomorrow to do a whole panel of labs to see if my lupus is causing a resistant infection inside me and to see if that is the problem. I appreciate you more than I could ever tell you. I will let you know what they find out.

They are very blessed to have you ~ a devoted mom and grandmom who offers love, guidance, laughter, and support whether or not you are able to do the "physical" play you once did.
