Thank you for your uplifting 5 star review. As expected my entry did not win. I did however receive 6 stars. I have received 3rd place wins this past month from my fellow Fanstory members for several of my recent entries.
I get great feedback from Fanstory members for entries such as this one but the committee the decides the winner of the free contest have not once chosen any of my entries as the winner.
Over the six+ years I've been a Fanstory member none of my entries have won a single free contest nor has any of my poetry been rated good enough to be selected for poem of the month.

Yes, this is how a one line poem is supposed to be. Even without the great picture enhancing the presentation, the simple words by themselves creates the scene and sets the mood. It makes it easy for 'adults' to imagine what this would be like.

I guess I unconsciously perceived the underlying romantic imagery
as I composed this quick write.

A very romantic one-line poem indeed. When you hear romantic music, it makes you want to take your girl out to dinner or buy her something or take her out in the moonlight or take her on a walk.. I enjoyed it. Good luck!
