You made me cry, Bill. It was my absolute pleasure reading your book. I've missed a lot of your posts and other people's posts recently because of my eyesight. But now one has been operated on I can see so much better. I will be coming back once I've had a short break and will be catching up.

One of the best things about those of us who remember the things our moms tried to teach us, is the thought or idea of being respectful of those who do us a solid. It never costs us anything to be and show gratitude. It is reflective of our upbringing. Something we as parents should try to teach to our children. I am sure your mom would be proud of your reaching out to Dearest Sandra.

There have been many times I've been discouraged and disappointed because my writing has received very few reviews. I've mostly struggled on without encouragement. Maybe I'm just stubborn and don't know when to quit. I've read other notes written to Sandra but just found out she'll be off the site for a while. I hope she'll return soon. I believe it's health issues that are the reason for her absence. Well stated. judi

This makes me want to cry it is so sweet. I am so not surprised that Sandra did that for you. Because that is the type of woman she is. We will miss her but I just got done reading a message from her and I know she will be back.
I can also see why she would do this for you, because you are one of the good guys and you deserved it.

That is nice. I already wrote to her. She is supposed to stay off here, so I don't know when she would read it.
I told her to get Acorn and BritBox and bundle up and veg out with British mysteries. We love her, and she can't take another big attack. Nice story. Karen
