This is a cute story. Of course, kids talk to their goldfish. I had a tank in my classroom, and everyone talked to the fish! Two little fixes: 'He'd dart through (it), float to the top...'
'I think Sprinkle(s) might need a friend, too.'
Kids will like this story of friendship -- for both the fish and the humans.

How incredibly cute. Lord Bubbles is a much better name that Cat Food, which is what my kids named our last goldfish. Children are blessings.

Beautiful, Carol. Everyone needs someone to talk to, and I guess even fish can be lonely for their own kind. Two, no three, problems solved. Each of the fish has a friend, and the two girls now have each other as friends. And a good choice of name for that second new fish!
