This is a great take on the song sung by Frank.
It went right along with the tune. It was my pleasure to read this. Good luck in the contest.

Hi DINY, Thank you so much for the lovely sixth star review. I'm so glad you enjoyed this. Though all my reviews are 5 stars I have only one vote in the contest, so your review has made my day. Thanks for your wonderful vote of confidence. I appreciate it very much! Hugs and Smiles, Helvi :o)

This is a good poem/song, with good Sinatra-type sentiments.
Interesting play on words: "into a million tiers" and "into a million tears." Best wishes for the contest, Jeanie Mercer

I am not familiar with the song you've parodied, but with that being said and IF "parodied" is even a word, this was excellent. The chorus was especially excellent

Helvi,
These are very good lyrics to the music of "All The Way", I believe is the title of the piece. "If somebody loves you/it's no good, unless she loves you/all the way. Through the good or lean years/and through all the in between years/come what may..." This to me is a fine example of the A-B-A-B-A-B-C, or an AAB-AAB-AAB-C, if the 1st and 2nd, 4th and 5th, and 7th and 8th stanzas are to remain as pairs of stanzas. Regardless, the lyrics fit the mood of the music and that should be the goal. Well done!
Fondly, Lyle

This is a wonderful song that captures that essence of Sinatra from so long ago. You bring back good memories of the rat pack with this one. I could actually hear the rhythms and change-ups in my head as Sinatra's voice entered my mind. Nice structure and flow. Good job!

You did a marvellous job on the lyrics based on "When somebody loves you". I'm more familiar with it as "All the Way'. Probably different for different country of release.
You have perfectly adapted great new lyrics, as was singing away happily as I read.
Great job
Good luck in the contest.

Hi Suzie, I think you're right about the title. I knew it was between, "When Somebody Love's You" or "All The Time", but I picked the wrong title. LOL I'm glad you enjoyed my version of the song and had fun singing it. That makes my day! Thanks! Helvi :o)
