I just love it. It is dirty and funny at the same time. The whole time while I read I could see a very clear picture in my mind of a man who really is just having a hard time getting himself off.
The picture suits the poem so very well.

I loved it! Very funny! Each twist of the plot drew me in more until I was at the end of my chair. This is clever and probably a fantasy but could be a nightmare. I loved it! Very funny! Each twist of the plot drew me in more until I was at the end of my chair. This is clever and probably a fantasy but could be a nightmare. The fact that the narrator still went forward with all that was going wrong, was hilarious and goes to show you, how the need can be this strong. I enjoyed reading this immensely. I will be thoroughly professional with my assessment of your "Robot Love" poem.
It sounds as if the idea behind it was pretty cool! You really have a great sense of humor! And if this really happened, I am very sorry for the experience, but what a wild and racy poem you got for the Carnal Caper contest. I think it is probably the best. Will it win? I don't know if the FS audience will be able to vote for something like this. I know I am having an issue exactly what to say with words in my review and keeping the level of my everyday FS demeanor intact.
I will say this. I thought it was a brave and honest depiction of an event like this and used proper wording and the first time that I've seen someone actually go all out with the behind the curtain of over the age of 18 rule.
I don't think anything you wrote shocks me or makes me angry in any way and I am not offended, so I want to be clear about this.
I just wanted to let you know that the community as a whole seems to slant towards the more prudish side of things.
I laughed a lot, and I also found beyond the humor a tone of realism - if you were to get a robot to have sex with, that there may be these types of complications. But I honestly don't know - I know there were "Real Dolls" So maybe there are now "Real robots".
But if it is a true story, then wow you are even braver than I imagined for putting something like this out there! So good luck in the contest and thanks for a very entertaining read. Cheers, Fonda

I have heard there actually are robots made like this now, though. I couldn't see how anyone could get pleasure from it, but I guess some figure they can. I dearly appreciate the great review, Fonda. All the humorous moments when the robot malfunctions speak of disappointment, of false advertising, undermining the original excited expectations. Its witty, kind of Monty Pythonesque, if you will. This was a very funny read. The poem had a fun atmosphere and the rhyme scheme gave it a fun and bouncy feel to it. I laughed out loud once the hi-jinks began. Great job and good luck.

You cleverly describe the whole affair from the excitement at her delivery to her lifeless plugged-in body in the corner while he finally gets off. I easily saw the whole thing in my head.
