I think this five line poem is very soothing to read. Yes, we all need shelter sometimes. I like the 's' sounds that flow throughout. Lovely presentation with the photo and colors. Good luck in the contest.

"Thanks to all of our friends and family who came out to share our special day, the christening of our Anna Grace" ... no one on our side of the family was even told. Some family.

Why doesn't someone do that for me? I could use some of those 'silken whispers' to make me feel better. This piece is well refined duly educated in its thoughts and brings a delivery with it that is pleasing and steadfast releasing the solitude which is the ever blessed peace of stillness. The jaded soul can cast all sorts of aspersions on its enemies but to still it and to calm its thundering accusations is to master the heart and control the emotions such as this piece does and is. It conjures a majestic image of oneness and peace whereby we can rest assured there are such emotions to temper our fierce hearts.
